- How long does it take to complete a customer order?
- The time depends upon the project, most cases with in 10 business days.
- Once a product is ready to ship, how long does it normally take?
- Under normal conditions we take the product to the carrier within 1 – 3 business days of the product being ready to ship. The time is take the carrier to deliver the product isn’t in the control of Avalonskies. During holiday time carriers can take longer to deliver the products.
- What if the product wasn’t delivered or slow to arriver?
- Avalonskies will provide a tracking number for your purchase and who the carrier is. If you have question regarding the shipment of the product, you will need to contact the carrier for resolution.
